2. Description of Service
AutoJobs is a job application management platform that helps users:
- Create and manage professional resumes
- Search and discover job opportunities
- Apply to multiple jobs efficiently
- Track job applications and their status
- Connect email accounts for sending applications
- Manage work experience and education history
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

5. Email Integration
Our Service allows you to connect your email account (such as Gmail) to send job applications. By connecting your email, you:
- Authorize us to send emails on your behalf using your connected account
- Confirm you have the right to use the email account
- Understand that emails will appear to come from your email address
- Agree to comply with all applicable email laws and regulations
We will only use your email credentials for the purposes you authorize and will not access your inbox or other email data beyond what is necessary to send applications.
6. Job Listings and Third-Party Content
Job listings displayed on our Service may be sourced from third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. We are not responsible for:
- The content or accuracy of third-party job postings
- Employment decisions made by employers
- Any interactions between you and potential employers
- The removal or expiration of job listings
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoJobs, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to job offers or interviews.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOJOBS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoJobs, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
